Behind the scenes of the new collection - Revelations
The latest collection, Revelations, is starting to come together, so I thought I’d share some progress shots as it has evolved.
It’s had the usual ups and downs of any new work - the challenges that arise are for me part of the point and part of the fun! {Although not always fun in the moment. 😉}
Starting with fresh new wood panels and my usual array of colours in different consistencies.
Sometimes I use photos, sometimes real life, sometimes my imagination.
Letting the paint do what it wants to do.
Post it notes are useful for trying out titles for the paintings.
Painting process
