Lines left by waves on the sand, the patterns of line work on the rocks, and the lines created by the water when you’re immersed and eye to eye with the surface.

These are lifelines, in a way. They connect us to life in a way that feels aligned {no pun intended!} for me. And by extension, the swimming is a line to life too.
