Tempo Giusto is a term used in music, meaning ‘the right time’ or the right speed.

Underwater, following the rhythm of the water, swimming amongst the seaweed moving in time to it, it does feel like exactly the right speed, always.

I guess you’d call it the speed of nature; it’s a relief to immerse in it after the more hectic pace of a world imposed upon by humans - it’s a return to the ‘right’ speed.
